Synergy Summit partnered with the Harrisonburg High School GEAR UP, a US Department of Education grant designed to significantly increase the number of low-income students who are prepared to enter and succeed in postsecondary education. 100+ students gathered with Synergy Thought Leaders for a day long experience focusing on empowerment, identity, and story.
