Synergy Summit Breakout: Better Together
Empathy—the ability to recognize and share other people’s feelings—is the most important instrument in a leader’s toolbox. While many people think leadership is reserved for the most charismatic people with rank, power, or privilege, true leadership is the willingness to place others' needs above your own to empower them to achieve things they didn’t think possible. This session will explore themes from Kid President, Simon Sinek, Brene Brown, and others to help you refine your empathetic leadership.
