Synergy Summit Breakout: #NoFilter: A Clearer, Simpler View of Leadership
Leadership is often talked about as this unblemished ideal reserved for the most outgoing and admired among us. While many people we identify as leaders can be described as outgoing and popular, what about the rest of us who don't have a million Instagram followers? While the most liked Instagram posts may be flawlessly filtered and have a clever caption, leadership doesn't require perfection or even a certain type of person. This session will explore how we see and talk about ourselves as leaders and embracing your role as a leader might just increase your follower count.
